1985年　北海道札幌市生まれ

2003年　北海道教育大学 芸術文化課程 美術コース 入学

2004年　同大学彫刻研究室にて中村和雄に師事。2009年まで主に具象人体彫刻を制作

2004年・2005年　名寄国際雪像彫刻大会 学生部門 出場（2005年 優勝）

2006年　Taebaeksan Snow Festival（韓国・太白）出場

2007年　北海道教育大学 芸術文化課程 美術コース 彫刻研究室 卒業

2009年　名寄国際雪像彫刻大会 出場

2009–2011年・2023年　さっぽろ雪まつり 10丁目大雪像 美術制作に参加
2024年　同大雪像 模型制作に参加

2011年　アイルランドへ渡航。ダブリンのGrafton Streetにて、小型の砂像を路上で制作する

2012年　オーストラリアへ渡航。クイーンズランド州Ayrにて砂像を制作

2013年　帰国。北海道留萌管内にて中学校美術科教諭として勤務

2016年・2017年　石狩浜サンドパークにて砂像制作

2016–2026年　立体作品展 Heykel 出品

2025年・2026年　さっぽろ雪像彫刻展 出品

Biography

Takuma Tsuchida

1985　Born in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan

2003　Entered the Art Course at Hokkaido University of Education

2004　Began studying sculpture under Kazuo Nakamura at Hokkaido University of Education. Mainly produced figurative sculptures of the human body until 2009

2004, 2005　Participated in the Student Division of the Nayoro International Snow Sculpture Competition; First Prize in 2005

2006　Participated in the Taebaeksan Snow Festival, Korea

2007　Graduated from the Sculpture Laboratory, Art Course, Hokkaido University of Education

2009　Participated in the Nayoro International Snow Sculpture Competition

2009–2011, 2023　Participated in the artistic production of the large-scale snow sculpture at the 10-chome site of the Sapporo Snow Festival
2024　Participated in model production for the same project

2011　Moved to Ireland. Created small sand sculptures on Grafton Street in Dublin as a street performance

2012　Moved to Australia. Created sand sculptures in Ayr, Queensland

2013　Returned to Japan and worked as a junior high school art teacher in the Rumoi area of Hokkaido

2016, 2017　Created sand sculptures for Ishikari Beach Sand Park

2016–2026　Participated in the sculpture exhibition Heykel
(excluding 2020–2022)

2025, 2026　Participated in the Sapporo Snow Sculpture Exhibition
